About Monika Zupek

Monika hails from Toronto, Ontario, but has called Wisconsin home for over 16 years. Growing up in Canada, she brings her love for the outdoors to the Midwest and enjoys all the area has to offer including hiking, snowboarding, and weekends on a lake. In college, Monika swam for University of Wisconsin-Madison, and you can still find her exploring the shores of Lake Michigan and enjoying the water in a different way. Her family still resides in the Greater Toronto Area, and she is fortunate to make the trip across the Great Lakes to see her family often.

Monika brings a unique perspective to the world of real estate. She spent the first 10 years of her career in various human resources and talent acquisition roles, where she solidified that—no matter the industry—her priority is always people. She recognizes the importance of getting to know people to better understand their needs, and this translates to her work with real estate clients as well. Monika takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs and aspects of their lifestyle that will impact  where they call home next.

Outside of work, Monika enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and pup Kaya. You can always find her with a cup of coffee and ready to take on life’s next adventure!
